The flagstone slits well along bedding planes into tabular sheets from 3cm thick to 10cm and 15cm to 20cm thick. The acid generation is considered to be very low. A first aid building, Sea Can, and two Rock cutting saws are included in this sale. The initial lease expires April 7, 2044 and may be extended once expired. There is an Annual Rent of $2000.
