Fane Island is a beautiful, and incredibly private island located on the east side of Pender Island. This 1.9 acre private island is situated in the heart of British Columbia's famous Southern Gulf Islands and is easily accessible, being less than a 5 minute boat ride from Hope Bay. The Island has a pretty man-made harbour on its north end that dries at the lowest tides and that is suitable for access by small boats. The harbour is fronted by a nice little beach that provides excellent access for recreational uses. A small cabin is just above the beach that provides rustic accomodations with an open plan, small deck, solar power, wood stove and a bathroom. Several years ago the owners installed a full septic system with treatment tanks and disperal field, so, the island is just waiting for it's next chapter and your ideas for building a new residence. There is a water lease for private moorage but there is no dock in place. Easy to view but please call your Agent to arrange.
