There is a converter that can be used to change the battery power to 110 power for the other overhead lights and to power small appliances. The sale includes a gas water pump, water filter, 1 1/4 inch ABS black pipe, and a foot valve. The new owner would need to set it up to pump water up from the river as the water system is currently not working. There is a 50 gallon water tank in the loft.
