Luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint and up-graded lighting help to create an attractive living area. An electric booster provides almost instant hot water at the kitchen sink in the suite. Outside you will find a mature yard with a play area for the kids, an apple tree, rose bushes, hot and cold water at the back of the house and a swinging gate to provide additional privacy to the back yard.
